Our Commitment to Privacy
Moonbeam respects the privacy of users on the Internet and has developed this privacy policy to protect user privacy on its Web sites and mobile apps. The purpose of this policy is to explain the types of information Moonbeam obtains about the users of the Moonbeam web site owned and operated by Moonbeam, how the information is obtained, how it is used, how it may be disclosed to others, and how users can restrict its use or disclosure.
Moonbeam Licensees
This site is operated in part by one or more licensees of Moonbeam, who in turn, license and maintain the Moonbeam service offered on this site. If End User signs up for the Moonbeam Service through a licensee of Moonbeam, Moonbeam and such licensee shall co-own any End User Registration Information and content provided by End User. This Privacy Policy shall apply to both Moonbeam and such licensee.
Personally Identifiable Information
Online privacy concerns focus on the protection of "personally identifiable" information which an individual or customer reasonable expects to be kept private. As the term suggests, "personally identifiable" information is information that can be associated with a specific individual or entity.
The only personally identifiable information Moonbeam obtains about individual users through our web sites is information supplied voluntarily by the user. Except as otherwise provided in this policy, Moonbeam will use such information solely in order to provide technically appropriate formatting of information provided by Moonbeam and access to the Moonbeam web site owned and operated by Moonbeam, Inc. The collection of this information will not include any personally identifiable information about you or any individual user.
Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that are used for record keeping purposes. Cookies allow Moonbeam to save certain information about a user, such as individual preferences, in order to facilitate and enhance the user's future activity on the Moonbeam web site. From time to time, we may also share Personal Information with our affiliates and/or marketing partners who offer products and services that we think will be of interest to you. If you prefer not to have your Personal Information shared with our affiliates and/or marketing partners, please indicate what offers you are not interested in receiving on the E- mail Preferences page, if available, or by sending us an e-mail using the Contact Us page. If you are enrolling online, you may also opt-out of receiving e-mails from third parties outside of MoonBeam development by de-selecting the check box on the enrollment page. If you accept a third-party offer provided via or linked to from our Web site, you consent to our providing your Personal Information and/or billing information to the third-party marketer that offered the product or service so they may process your acceptance of the offer.

Moonbeam will protect the confidentiality of its customer's personally identifiable information to the fullest extent possible and consistent with law and legitimate interests of Moonbeam, its employees and other customers of Moonbeam.
